• Quote requests and offer management
• Order processing and tracking
• Customer relationship management
• Communication and support services

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5. Pricing and Orders

All prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change without notice. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Orders are subject to acceptance by SKYWORTH Security, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

SKYWORTH Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKYWORTH Security, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
